Who we are looking for: The Client Services Specialist is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. In addition, they demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving client services specialist who is committed to putting clients first, to doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Client Services Speacialist prospects for buyer leads daily, and makes and attends buyer client appointments. They assist with buyer client showings, negotiations, and paperwork. The Client Services Specialist will also help with prospecting for listing leads, then set appointments for the lead listing agents. They will work closely with the lead agents and clients to help prepare the home for listing.

The Client Services Specialist also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching courses when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. They are committed to investing in the people on the team and will regularly provide them with learning and growth opportunities as well.

What you will do:

- Prospect for buyer and listing leads and convert into appointments
- Convert appointments to agreements
- Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
- Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
- Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
- Consult with sellers and lead agents to accomplish necessary repairs, improvements, and cleaning, and schedule these services. Create and communicate a Schedule of Events for each listing.
- Ideally, the Client Services Specialist would work with the clients to help stage the home prior to photos.
- Consult with lead agents to evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed Communications/Interactions:

- Lead Agents/Owners - daily
- Administrative Assistant - daily
- Clients - daily or as needed
- Attend weekly team meetings Management Responsibilities:

- None, though a talented performer in this role may move into a leadership position Knowledge/Skills:

- Excellent at building rapport
- People oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
- High school graduate
- Real estate license
- 1-3 years of industry and sales experience preferred
- Computer literacy
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed Compensation
- To be discussed with team leaders/owners
- Will vary from buyer to seller clients
