**Client Care Specialist**

Gateway Services is Canada's first accredited pet aftercare provider offering 24/7 professional grief support, memorial keepsakes, pet burial, and fully trackable pet cremation. With 150+ locations, 2,000 team members and servicing over 17,000 veterinary clinics across North America, Gateway has built a solid reputation for providing compassionate and respectful aftercare for pets and the people who love them.

**LOCATION**:11 Tristan Ct, Nepean, ON K2E 8B9

**SHIFT SCHEDULE**:Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Full-time 40 hours/week)

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as the face of our company, welcoming pet parents and other site visitors
- Create and present financial estimates and bills, as well as handle payments and refunds
- May assist in setting up visitations, presenting aftercare options (including urns and memorial items), and memorial item pick ups
- Ensure client facing areas are clean and tidy

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- An office setting, working at a desk using phones and computers
- Frequent bending and lifting, (20lb minimum weight)
- Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
- You may occasionally handle deceased pets
