**About the role**

Managing your own **temps** desk, as a recruitment consultant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure your personal sales results contribute to the branch achieving and exceeding its growth targets. This is a role that is **fast paced**, requires great **determination** and **motivation**.

A successful **sales** background is **essential,** and if you’re already an experience Recruitment consultant looking for a change we’d love to hear from you, but recruitment experience isn’t essential, you will have the chance to attend extensive training that will give you a fantastic grounding in recruitment. You have to be comfortable on the phone, making calls and confident selling to existing and prospective customers.

**What you’ll be doing**

By implementing a personal business plan, you will be contributing to branch success and be able to achieve your targets, which are set by the Branch Manager.

Creating, maintaining and expanding your client base, reaching out to clients to bring in new business.

You have to be a confident, savvy and prepared individual. With a strong desire to succeed, win business and grow your market share.

You should have excellent communication and relationship building skills with the resilience, self-motivation and the ability to work under pressure.
