QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or higher education; post-secondary education in Human Resources is an asset
- Administration experience is an asset
- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining Vertex’s employee files and electronic databases, including scanning and filing
- Respond to internal and external inquiries or requests
- Onboarding and orientations of new employees
- Preparation of reports
- Assists with the full cycle recruitment process
- Grant Administration
- Other duties as needed by management

LOCATION
- This position will be based out of Sherwood Park, Alberta.
