Langley, Canada AWC Process Solutions Ltd. Full time

**Predominantly working with Electrical Engineers, End users, OEM's & Control Panel Builders.**

**Duties**:

- Developing / maintaining relationships with key decision makers and development of sales network.
- Driving technical product specification and working with our customers to determine the most appropriate product selection and solution utilizing our Principal's market leading products.
- Manage the product portfolio in line with the Company's guidelines, KPI's and expectations. This would include working with our Supply Chain to determine appropriate inventory types and levels.
- Work closely with our Internal Sales group members to provide market/customer feedback and quotation status.
- Working with the Principals sales team, including joint sales calls to ensure collaborative goals and objectives are achieved.
- Management of an existing customer base and determine any cross-sell opportunities to promote the wider product offer.
- Participate in industry events as required or determined.
- Manage customer and market information via Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

**Requirements**:
Skills, Attributes & Experience:

- Electrical or Electrical engineering related qualification or experience (highly regarded)
- Previous local sales experience within the electrical sector or similar (preferred)
- Experience operating a CRM database or similar
- A track record in delivering sales results & servicing customer needs
- An ability to 'listen to the customer' & translate needs into business solutions
- An outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong customer relationships
- Effective time management & organizational skills
- Focused, passionate & willing to go above and beyond
