The Opportunity
The Creative Project Coordinator coordinates with different teams to make sure that projects start and finish on time, that all stakeholders have reviewed and approved and enforce process during projects.
Responsibilities.- Responsible for overseeing creative production and project tracking for all requests that come in from Trade, E-Commerce, Product, Partnerships, and more- Work closely with Graphic Design team to ensure all projects are on track- Manage day-to-day relationships with internal and external partners to ensure we are meeting delivery timelines, department goals and set milestones.- Determine project schedules, organize files, monitor progress, set regular status meetings- Develop plan to manage Sharepoint, Design Management, and file saving process- Determine priorities and communicate available resources across multiple departments to ensure timely task completion- Ability to take a concept/idea and develop it into a strong and informative brief and proposal that is aligned to the BioSteel brand- Oversee end-to-end workflow and ensure quality output of teams- Ensure we meet timelines in an efficient manner and maintain internal BioSteel timelines- Become a keeper of all information on running projects across teams to ensure all are moving forward in a seamless manager- Become the beacon of each project; the go-to person to know the latest updates on all projects in the queue, and to guide each department- Foresee any roadblocks or issues and notify project owners/team members of resourcing issues, delivery status, and/or changes in schedule- Help to manage platforms that home Sales creative assets and ensure delivery of assets on time
