**Experience**
Experience in the pool construction/service industry is preferred but not required. 5-10 years experience in an operational/customer service role with a large number of service transactions each day would be ideal. You will be very comfortable managing situations where things absolutely have to be done right, on time and in keeping with an exceptional customer service brand.
OFP has all the appropriate systems to make this role as simple as possible. The successful individual will have experience using CRM and field service software to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and that clients are made aware of everything that happens on their property. Management/leadership experience is an asset. This individual will have perfected the art of delegation to ensure internal staff know exactly what needs to be done and by when.
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
