**This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible to**:

- Lead & coach the Customer Service team and provide clear strategic direction
- Identify and implement productivity, process and business improvements
- Co-ordinate with Director of Sales, Account Managers, Business Unit Managers, and Technical Applications team to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Collaborate closely with the US team to ensure alignment across the North American organization and continue to drive integration initiatives
- Drive digitalization and automation projects for the department
- Review and approve credit requests from the field and customers
- Work closely with the Marketing team and Communications team to manage customer communications and announcements
- Work closely with Siemens major warehouse leads, Logistics team, and carriers to ensure on time delivery to customers, conducting weekly and bi-weekly meetings to discuss open issues
- Respond to RFP questions in relation to Supply Chain, Credits, and Returns
- Resolve any escalated customer issues in relation to order management, supply chain, as well as review complaints logged in this regard in the Control Tower database
- Generate data for customers that relate to fill rates, open orders, and ad hoc KPIs
- Implement, manage and analyze KPIs to measure accuracy, productivity, and efficiency
- Manage the Hemostasis QAP programs for Canada and coordinate with demand planning and Technical Applications Team as required
- Along with Marketing team, manage all escalations and allocation requests and backorders
- Attend customers’ quarterly or annual Supplier/Business Review Meetings with the sales team as required to respond to customer questions and concerns
- In coordination with the Team Lead, review and update SOPs and WIs as needed
- Attend Internal/External Audits and respond to auditor questions on Customer Service processes/SOPs

**Required skills to have for the success of this role**
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience leading in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business-related discipline or equivalent
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong people management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to take initiative and make things happen
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and bring projects to completion
- Knowledge of related products and/or services
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
- French is an asset
- Prior experience in SAP is an asset
