**About the opportunity**

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to support the Service Department with administrative tasks and scheduling vehicle maintenance appointments for customers. Specifically:

- answer incoming calls
- receive, welcome and address customers
- perform inbound/outbound calls to schedule vehicle maintenance and service appointments for customers
- record/document customer information in the system
- perform outbound follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction of visit and vehicle maintenance
- arrange for transportation to/from the dealership for customers
- support the department by greeting customers upon visit to the service centre, and preparing preliminary repair order and/or finalizing repair order to payment after vehicle maintenance
- process payments
- consolidate weekly technician and employee’s hours to coordinate with the Accounting/Payroll department

**About you.**
- at least two (2) working experience in customer-service in a retail environment; dealership preferred
- at least three (3) years of administrative support working experience
- proficiency working with CRM or ERP systems (ie. CDK), and Microsoft Office software (ie. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
