**Human Resources**
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding initiatives, including new hire packages, orientation schedules and exit interviews
- Assist in handling employee concerns and provide support to resolve human resource issues
- Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, vacation, sick time, personnel files, benefits administration)
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings
- Assist with employee birthday cards, anniversary announcements
- Assist with managing office budget and expenses
- Assist with maintaining confidential HR files and databases
- Perform other related duties as needed to support the Human Resources Manager

**Marketing**
- Content creation: assist with planning, writing and editing of social media posts, website updates and firm’s collateral materials
- Design: assist with crafting of high-quality copy and design ads for social media, ads and marketing materials
- Events: assist with organization and execution of various internal and external events
- Lawyer profiles: assist with updating of lawyer bios, including arranging for website photos
- Awards, rankings and recognitions: assist with planning and writing of submissions
- Business development: assist with a variety of tasks to support the firm’s business development activities, including pitches and proposals
- Support a wide variety of administrative tasks to the Business Development & Marketing Manager

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative/professional role
- Marketing and/or human resources diploma or degree, experience is considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Experience in using design tools such as Canva or InDesign is an asset
- Working knowledge of Dayforce HCM is an asset
- High level of confidentiality
- Self-motivated, very organized and adaptable
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external professionals.
- Demonstrates the ability to stay calm and focused, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to provide solutions to issues.
