Our accounting firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support client(s) day to day administration matters as well as our firm matters.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Supporting client(s) with**:

- Arranging domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation
- Property management
- Coordinate and manage vendors and contractors at residence(s)
- Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times and on call during weekends and after business hours
- Proactively creating and maintain effective workflow and communication to accomplish work
- Performing other duties and tasks when assigned

**Supporting our firm with**:

- Backup support with mail review, scanning firm documentation and forwarding to the assigned advisor
- Mailings, couriering of documentation, packages
- Performing other duties and tasks when assigned

**Experience**:

- 5+ years' experience in a busy office setting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks
- Excellent people skills
- Creative problem solving
- Privacy conscious and must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, sometimes with little direction
- Previous experience handling travel arrangements
- Ability to read and interpret various documents
- Ability to resolve complex personal problems independently and perform tasks that are diverse
- Ability to problem solve and follow through on a variety of tasks.
- Good knowledge using MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to effectively function in high stress situations

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
