We ❤ Compliance. As a** Compliance Program Manager, **you'll be involved in multiple lines of responsibilities as the the day-to-day lead on our compliance program. Reporting to our General Counsel, you'll be joining a team who have helped build companies like Chime, Twitter, Instacart, E*Trade, McKinsey, Etsy, eBay and more.

**REQUIREMENTS**

As Compliance Program Manager, you'll be maintaining NorthOne's compliance program and ensuring internal company compliance with banking regulations. As the primary point of contact with our banking partner, you'll communicate any compliance findings and conduct annual audits.

**The skills required for this role -**
- You have 3+ years of experience and have worked at a bank or bank regulator
- Expert knowledge of all rules and regulations relating to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), as well as regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- You are an excellent communicator and understand how to handle customer complaints and can serve as a point of contact with our vendors
- You have previously owned a compliance program and managed its policies and procedures, including training internal employees
