Take on a key role at LHH as our Compliance Program Manager. As part of the organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an efficient and effective compliance program that ensures regulatory requirements are met across various business lines.

With over 8-10 years of experience in a CIRO Dealer Member environment, you will leverage your knowledge of the Canadian regulatory framework to drive compliance initiatives forward. Your expertise in registration processes and working with regulators directly will be invaluable in supporting the compliance function within a large firm.

You will lead a team of compliance professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure a risk-based compliance program is administered effectively. This includes leveraging technology and influencing best practices to achieve exceptional compliance support for Investment Advisor teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple mediums. They will also have a high tolerance for ambiguity, be highly adaptive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Senior Vice-President, Compliance & Chief Compliance Officer to drive the compliance program forward, focusing on practical solutions, regulatory compliance, and advisor experience. You will also participate in Managed Product and Managed Account Committee Meetings.

This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include professional growth opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.
