The opportunity
This role is responsible for determining the effectiveness of the sales and marketing activities. It is key in contributing to the measurement and achievement of profitable growth in loans, deposits and full-service relationships by thorough and accurate reporting of business performance. By creating a clear understanding of our current client base, they will be responsible for uncovering opportunities for client acquisition, retention, and relationship building.

The Manager Client Solutions Analytics is responsible for the creation of insights to empower decision makers at all levels (including branch, region, and executive) by building & supporting analytical operating mechanisms to deliver on key strategic objectives. Examples include executive reporting, business performance reporting, and Client Solutions reporting.
Specific Accountabilities- Support the business strategy by producing valuable insights in the creation and maintenance of reporting operating mechanisms.- Manage the reporting of the key financial measures for the regions and the group as a whole.- Develop new reporting as required to support retention, growth and attraction strategies and tactics.- Identify opportunities for driving profitable growth among existing clients by fostering client engagement, full-service relationships and client retention.- Benchmark and forecasting of sales activity, key customer metrics, and customer growth.-
- Define predictive scoring models to understand customer behavior.- Create targeted marketing customer lists for retention and deepening of relationships.-
- Ability to oversee the data and information collection from disparate sources, link and analyze this information, perform data integrity checks, and conduct analysis.- Institute a programmatic approach for enterprise information management to identify, prioritize and execute the data and analytic initiatives with clear line of sight to enterprise strategies and business outcomes.- Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information.- Explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources with the goal of discovering hidden insights.- Demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning and continuous personal development in the Marketing, brand and client experience community.- Operate in an environment of tight timelines imposed by the strategic plan and sales expectations.
