**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, developers, and technical team members to deliver on business objectives, identifying and addressing gaps in the technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, operational procedures, technical design, solution structure and functional know-how, etc.
- Collaborate with other teams that are often geographically spread, to define, plan and oversee projects that your team will own or participate in.
- Manages team projects and deliverables utilizing common project management frameworks and delivery methods while ensuring team collaboration.
- Provide 24X7 escalation support to cross functional team for critical incidents.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend technical solutions that will optimize system performance, security, and user experience.
- Participate in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users.
- Manage multiple initiatives of innovation and converge them all into common strategic objectives.
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders and suggest holistic solutions/improvements for both technical strategy and business processes.
- Exhibit strong initiative; self-starter that can lead others in ambiguous situations.
- Influence and drive others toward common goals.
- Lead by example creative and innovative idea generation and influence decisions across different teams.
- Ensure that the team's work meets or exceeds quality standards and adheres to best practices and procedures.
- Business travel within Canada, US, Australia, and other countries may be required.
- Forecast and manage budgets for the portfolio and ensure delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge and experience with enterprise scale ERP, CRM, and BI platforms, working with various stakeholders across the business areas.
- Experience working with managed service providers, SaaS services, and hosted solutions.
- Experience developing and maintaining knowledge base documentation.
- Solid analytical skills, experience solving practical issues, and engaging cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while handling time-sensitive competing priorities.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
- Ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders and suggest holistic solutions/improvements for both technical strategy and business processes.
- Exhibits strong initiative; a self-starter that can lead others in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to influence and drive others toward common goals.
- Leads by example creative and innovative idea generation and influences decisions across different teams.
