**Job Description**:
Sheringham Distillery is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about spirits, possesses a deep understanding of social media platforms, and has the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and awareness across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts, that aligns with our brand identity and values
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers and influencers
- Conduct regular social media audits and analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and content, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and campaigns
- Monitor industry and competitor activities on social media and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization to maximize ROI
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms
- Implement strategies to grow and engage our online community and increase brand loyalty

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in using social media management and scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt writing style to different platforms and audiences
- Creative mindset and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for the craft spirits industry and knowledge of the local and global spirits landscape is a plus
- Contract position to start at 24 hours a week Tue, Wed, Fri - a few hours on weekends
