- Child Support: Assist children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom, while promoting independence and self-confidence.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress, identifying potential learning or behavioral issues, and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and community service providers, ensuring a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
- Environment and Safety: Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment that promotes the well-being of our students.
