**Position Summary**:
Trillium Health Partners is undertaking the modernization of its business systems, specifically its human resources, payroll and staff scheduling systems, over the next two years. A project team has been established to oversee the planning and implementation of this project and it will be working with external partners and vendors throughout this process.

The OneTHP - One People Experience is seeking Trainer Analysts. Reporting to the Manager, Workflow, Readiness, Training + Integration, the Trainer Analyst will work with external partners and internal project team staff to support the documentation and delivery of the curriculum, lesson plans, standard operating procedures, and training materials to conduct training for staff across the organization in the new HR, payroll, and scheduling systems. The Trainer Analyst will update training materials and classroom content in alignment with system or workflow changes. The Trainer Analyst will also be responsible for training end users in a variety of settings such as large or small group settings, one-on-one and huddles, etc.

**Responsibilities (include and not limited to)**:

- Working with a dynamic team to understand training needs and configure the business systems training environment.
- Supporting documentation of/gain proficiency in HR, payroll, and scheduling workflows and training materials for the roles to be trained.
- Build, test, and maintenance the training environment and training materials.
- Training end users (primarily THP staff) on the new business systems functionality.
- Providing inputs into ongoing post-live training and support.
- Providing onsite support for training set up, attendance, IS issues.
- Troubleshooting problems and questions from end users.

**Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline, health informatics, adult education, organizational development, or equivalent program, and/or relevant work experience.
- Experience with development of training documentation and curriculum building, including documentation of standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills - both written and verbal.
- Understanding of adult learning principles/theories/strategies, to develop and facilitate learning.
- Ability to build rapport, engage adult learners, and drive a positive learning experience.
- Adaptable to frequent and quick changes with an understanding of change management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively deliver to deadlines.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and be results-oriented.
- Previous project and systems implementation experience is an asset (e.g. SaaS, Oracle).
- Experience in a health-care environment with a basic understanding of workflows related to HR, payroll, or scheduling systems is an asset.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) required; Visio experience is an asset.
- Must be available to work all shifts as required.

**Location**:
We offer employees, in roles that are conducive to remote work, the flexibility and the right mix of remote and in-office work (approximately 80/20). Acknowledging that the primary work space will be remote work from home, there will be times when onsite presence is appropriate just as there will be times when onsite presence may not be possible.

The expectation is that remote work locations, as part of the Flex First program, will be in the employee’s place of residence, and adhere to all THP policies and procedures, with special consideration towards privacy. Since employees should be available to return to the workplace with 24 hours’ notice, remote work outside of the province or country is not acceptable.
