Full-Time Customer Service Representative/Parts Order Desk. Responsible for responding to general inquiries about parts, looking up parts via schematics/manuals, preparing quotes and orders.
**Job Requirements**
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Computer and office equipment skills and knowledge
- Technical aptitude, ability to read and decipher equipment and parts manuals
- Attention to detail recording and transcribing data
- Commitment to working safely, while meeting deadlines and commitments
**Experience**:
- Computer and Office Experience: at least 1 year required
- Technical/Parts background an asset
**Job Duties**:
- Accurately and timely enter of parts orders into Aspen Enterprise Software
- Provide parts pricing and availability to customers
- Advise on part numbers from manuals and other supplier documentation in order to accurately process customer orders
- Communicate with supplier contacts
- Accurately process customer payments and finalize orders
- Communicate with the purchasing department and customers to provide ETA’s and updates on order status
- Review and resolve invoicing/order discrepancies
- Organize returns including preparing and submitting RGA paperwork
- Submit and follow up on lost shipment claims
- Other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
