Job Title: Sales - Client Partnership Manager

Overview:
Your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. You will leverage your sales expertise to promote the services, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets. Your efforts will contribute to the agency's growth and success in connecting with new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients in need of staffing solutions within various industries.
- Research and cold-call prospective clients to introduce the agency's services.
- Utilize networking events, industry associations, and online platforms to generate leads.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase the agency's capabilities and value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the agency's client base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide insights to optimize staffing solutions and enhance client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- High school from Canadian institute (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must have full valid G license
- Must have own vehicle

Must have experience in recruitment & staffing

**Job Type**: Contract, Duration 12 Months

Pay Rate: $700 - $1000 weekly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $700.00-$1,000.00 per week
