**In your role, you will**:

- Analyze actuals and forecast for production and support hours for the Challenger Plant
- Build a consolidated governance that will support VP/GM support function needs
- Support business partners in establishing financial forecast
- Be an active participant during financial reviews with business Partner
- Participate in budget, forecast and strategic plan activities
- Participate in all initiatives of process improvement
- Perform ad-hoc analysis
- You have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- You hold a professional accounting designation (CPA)
- You have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- You master MS excel (Knowledge on PowerBi and SAP is an asset)
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
- You are results-oriented and demonstrate rigor, discipline and autonomy
- You have good organizational skills and can work under pressure with daily deliverables.
- You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English
