Sous la responsabilité directe du contrôleur, l'analyste en planification et analyse financières (FP&A) sera chargé de contribuer aux prévisions financières, à la budgétisation et à l'analyse afin de soutenir la prise de décisions stratégiques dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Le candidat idéal possède de solides compétences en matière de modélisation financière, une bonne compréhension des principes comptables et d'excellentes capacités de communication.


Responsabilités :

  • à la planification financière à long terme en fournissant des analyses financières approfondies et des prévisions précises.
  • les tendances du marché et les données opérationnelles pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration de la performance financière.
  • des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour la direction et les parties prenantes internes.
  • activement aux processus de budgétisation et de prévision, en collaborant avec différentes équipes fonctionnelles.
  • des analyses approfondies sur les coûts de production, les marges et les rendements pour identifier des opportunités d'optimisation des coûts.
  • la performance des produits, des canaux de distribution et des segments de marché, en fournissant des recommandations pour améliorer la rentabilité.
  • avec les équipes opérationnelles pour mettre en œuvre des initiatives visant à maximiser l'efficacité opérationnelle et à réduire les coûts.


Exigences :

  • universitaire en finance, comptabilité, économie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • de 4 ans d'expérience en planification financière, de préférence dans le secteur manufacturier et/ou des biens de consommation emballés (CPG).
  • des outils d'analyse financière et des logiciels de planification financière, avec une expérience pratique des systèmes ERP.
  • compétences analytiques et capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des parties prenantes de tous niveaux.
  • démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement dynamique.


Reporting directly to the Controller, the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to long-term financial planning by providing in-depth financial analysis and accurate forecasts.
  • Analyze market trends and operational data to identify opportunities for improving financial performance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and internal stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with various functional teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on production costs, margins, and yields to identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Evaluate the performance of products, distribution channels, and market segments, providing recommendations to improve profitability.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to implement initiatives aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning, preferably in the manufacturing sector and/or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and financial planning software, with practical experience in ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
