**Your Team**:

We are seeking Client Relationship Managers (CRM) responsible for leading and managing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while driving long-term growth and satisfaction. The CRM role varies from assisting senior team members (CRM I) to taking full ownership of high-value client portfolios and complex projects (CRM III). The role includes financial strategy, project management, and talent development, with increasing responsibilities based on experience and expertise
**Your Role**:
- _Client Relationship Management:_
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients across various industries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead client engagements by understanding ERP needs and collaborating on tailored solutions.
- Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential issues, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and expand client portfolios.
- _Financial Strategy and Resource Management:_
- Manage portfolios, supporting the growth and strategic financial performance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with finance teams to review forecasts, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee subproject profitability, suggest improvements, and implement cost-control measures.
- Support the development of multi-year financial plans and ensure balanced revenue distribution.
- _Project Management:_
- Assist or lead project planning and execution, depending on role level, ensuring alignment with client and corporate goals.
- Oversee project timelines, mitigate delays, and monitor risk registers.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and support project managers in achieving key milestones.
- Lead project closeouts, extracting lessons learned and maintaining complete, accurate documentation.
- Mentor project managers on managing stakeholder expectations, communication strategies, and continuous improvement.
- _Stakeholder Collaboration:_
- Foster open communication between departments and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate customer feedback into operational strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and regulatory engagements.
- _Talent Management & Development:_
- Lead or support performance management discussions and mentoring of team members.
- Champion talent development programs, focusing on skill enhancement and succession planning.
- Ensure continuity during staff absences by managing reporting protocols and supporting team members.
- Provide guidance and leadership development to ensure a high-performance work environment.
- _Product & Regulatory Expertise:_
- Maintain proficiency in Incident Command System (ICS200/300/400) for emergency management and regulatory compliance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to the design and implementation of new products, particularly for the Oil and Gas sector.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and champion process improvements in project delivery.
**About You**:
**CRM I**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Completion of accredited Project Management certification.
**CRM II**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field, master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
- Completion of accredited Project Management certification.
**CRM III**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field, preference for a master's or doctorate.
