'**General Job Description**:
Uses hand tools to assemble parts. Conducts quality control checks. Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
**Assembler Job Duties**:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Verifies specifications of completed component.
- Reports assembly problems to supervisor to meet specifications; notify supervisor to obtain additional resources.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; advise supervisor for placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
- Follows production and quality control means.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.95 per hour
