Assembly Supervisor for Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to oversee production processes and lead a team of assembly workers in our dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE DAILY ACTIVITIES OF THE ASSEMBLY LINE TEAM TO ENSURE EFFICIENT PRODUCTION FLOW.
- ASSEMBLE COMPONENTS USING HAND TOOLS AND POWER TOOLS WHILE ADHERING TO SAFETY PROTOCOLS.
- TRAIN AND MENTOR TEAM MEMBERS ON BEST PRACTICES FOR ASSEMBLY AND FABRICATION.
- CONDUCT QUALITY CHECKS ON FINISHED PRODUCTS TO ENSURE THEY MEET SPECIFICATIONS.
- MAINTAIN AN ORGANIZED AND CLEAN WORK AREA IN COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE OR MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT IS PREFERRED.
- STRONG MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE WITH THE ABILITY TO TROUBLESHOOT EQUIPMENT ISSUES.
- PROFICIENCY IN USING HAND TOOLS AND POWER TOOLS FOR ASSEMBLY TASKS.
- EXPERIENCE IN FABRICATING COMPONENTS OR PRODUCTS IS A PLUS.
- FORKLIFT CERTIFICATION IS DESIRABLE; WILLINGNESS TO OBTAIN CERTIFICATION IF NOT CURRENTLY HELD.
