ASSEMBLER - ASSEMBLY ESSENTIAL

**Full-time**:Permanent: Monday to Friday (Expectation for Flexibility)

**Home Department**: STAMPS

**Reports To**: Director of Manufacturing / Team Lead

**Purpose of Position**:

- To assemble and fill orders in stamp production and to do visual quality control check

**Result Areas of the Position**:
This is an on-site role.
- To assemble materials, print and other orders in a manner to achieve turnaround schedule
- Minimize errors and satisfy input cost requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated reliable attendance record.
- Conscientious work habits
- Attention to detail and a focus to task
- High school education or equivalent
- Good hand eye co-ordination
- Detail oriented
- Good physical condition

**Activities and Tasks**:

- Cutting stamp forms into individual stamps
- Mounting stamps into appropriate stamp mounts
- Matching stamp to customer orders, with great care
- For some high-volume customers billing/shipping of orders
- Packaging order according to customer requirements
- Filling all orders in department daily basis
- Quality check outgoing orders against published ISO requirements
- Ship outgoing orders by end of shift
- Information related to clients and products confidential
- Quarterly Inventory after hours may be required
- To assist stamp and other departments where required

Perform activities required by the ISO 9001 and Sterling Quality Management System

Pay: Up to $17.20 per hour
