**Missions quotidiennes
Nos responsables de compte des PME interagissent avec les clients existants et les nouvelles pistes dans le but de vendre l’intégralité de la plate-forme Salesforce Customer 360. Ils établissent des relations positives et de confiance avec les membres clés de l’équipe et les décideurs dans leur domaine, et apprennent à aider les clients à tirer parti de leurs investissements Salesforce.

Vous utiliserez vos nouvelles compétences en développement commercial pour développer des occasions, à la fois par le biais de pistes prometteuses et par la prospection de comptes à fort potentiel.
- Clore des occasions sur les comptes existants attribués et stimuler les ventes sur de nouveaux comptes
- Stimuler les ventes dans le segment attribué (affaires des petites entreprises)
- Acquérir de nouvelles références dans la région attribuée
- Présenter les offres Salesforce adaptées aux besoins du client et engager d’autres ressources Salesforce si nécessaire
- Gérer un volume élevé de comptes et de ventes

**Votre profil**
- Nous sommes ouverts d’esprit en ce qui concerne les PME et nous ne recherchons pas seulement des responsables de compte qui ont de l’expérience en SaaS. Si vous avez occupé un poste de vente avec des quotas dans lequel vous vous chargiez des processus de vente de bout en bout, nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer
- Vous incarnez une mentalité de croissance ; vous pensez à l’avenir et vous avez déjà établi votre plan de carrière.
- Vous êtes capable d’élaborer un point de vue, de prendre position et de bâtir votre crédibilité en tant que conseiller ou conseillère de confiance auprès de vos clients.
- La connaissance de soi est très importante et vous devez comprendre le « pourquoi » de vos actions. Vous êtes curieux(se) de nature et enthousiaste à l’idée de découvrir tout ce que Salesforce a à offrir.
- Vous n’avez pas besoin d’avoir déjà utilisé Salesforce, mais cela serait un plus. Une véritable passion pour la technologie, le changement et l’innovation est également recommandée.
