**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, part-time Leasing Sales Representative to assist the Leasing Manager in leasing residential rental properties within the NJS Capital portfolio. The main responsibilities will involve showing prospects the available rental properties within the GTA. All leads will be provided, and appointments will be scheduled in advance. This role is solely commission-based, and a car is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Show and lease available suites to prospective residents
- Monitor the database of prospects through the scheduling app and ensure the attendance of applicants
- Liaise with other members of the leasing team, including the Leasing Manager, Property Manager, and Accounts Payable
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product, including suite occupancy, layouts, pricing, promotions, location, and other value-added services

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- 1+ year of relevant leasing and/or customer sales experience in residential real estate, property management, or marketing
- Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and the Leasing Manager
- Flexibility in working hours is required, including weekday evenings, weekends, and the ability to be on call
- Driven, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- A real estate license is not required

**Job Type**: Part-time

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Are you available weekday evenings between the hours of 5pm - 8pm, and weekends during the day?
- This is an entry-level, part-time, and commission-based role. Commission is half of a month's rent per deal. Leasing agents will gain experience and knowledge in real estate, showing apartments, communicating with prospects, and etc. Are you interested?
