Responsibilities:

  • Receive and/or place telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
  • Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints with skill and tact
  • Direct calls to sales representatives or technical/service areas where applicable
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved
  • Solve customer problems through communication best practices
  • Analyze customer service needs for communication to other departments as required

Job Requirements:

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in a progressive customer service environment
  • Highly strong phone and technology skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive and customer serviceoriented approach and personality
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to work collaboratively and make good judgements on escalations, problem solving and
- the direction of calls

  • A High School Diploma is _required_ with Post-Secondary in a related field being an _asset_
