**About Us**: The Open Doors is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities in rural Alberta. We provide a range of programs and services aimed at promoting mental wellness, child development, social connections, and community support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase our online presence and engagement
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media channels
- Collaborate with the team to create digital campaigns and promotions
- Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Qualifications**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in social media marketing or communications is an asset

**Time Commitment**: Flexible, approximately 5-10 hours per week. This position can be done remotely, with occasional in-person meetings at our office in Camrose.
