**Employment Opportunity: Director of Human Resources (Full-time, Permanent)**

**About the Opportunity**: Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall administration and leadership of enVision’s and human resources, aligning with enVision's vision, mission, and values. As a member of the executive team, this full-time role is responsible for leading the HR Department, implementing HR strategies, initiatives, systems, services, and policies. The Director of Human Resources oversees all HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and performance management. In this role, you will provide collaborative support to the management team and advise managers on HR matters. Additionally, you will chair committees not limited to Safety & Health, Recognition, Professional Development, Pension, and People Resources Strategic Pillar.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Degree in Human Resource Management or related field, with a minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in Human Resources. A combination of experience and education may be considered.
- Experience working in a community, and/or human services environment is preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of employment and human rights related legislation.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills, with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and employees.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or facts, while using effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to set priorities in an environment that has multiple competing demands.
- Strong HR technology skills: knowledge of Inclusion payroll, Humi, HRDownloads, and Open Future Learnings considered an asset.

**Additional Information**:

- Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly; Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.
- Working Environment: 100% On-site with office located at 84 Brandt Street Steinbach MB
- This position requires satisfactory Criminal Record check with a clear Vulnerable Sector Search, clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry Checks.
