Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented **Sales Consultant** for our **Cam Clark Ford** dealership in **North Vancouver, BC**.

In the position of **Sales Consultant** reporting to the **Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for selling some of the most talked about vehicles and providing superior customer service. We are actively searching for individuals who possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your expertise in this area would be immensely valuable to our team.

- **You will be accountable for**:_
- Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Strive for complete customer satisfaction through exceptional service interactions across the department
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding available vehicles for purchase
- Successfully close sales transactions while suggesting additional products or services.
- Complete sales while offering additional products and/or services.
- Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
- Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by potential customers
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare offers to purchase.
- Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- Use customer relation management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research.
- Other duties as assigned

**Desired Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and VSA License
- One or more years of Auto sales experience
- Understand the importance of CSI/CVP
- Fluent English communication, a second language is an asset

**Pay Range Offered**:

- $70,000.00 up to $120,000.00

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
