**WeAre **WSP
What you can expect to do here:

- Support strategic biodiversity and natural capital assessments for a wide range of clients using tools and metrics such as the TNFD, IBAT, STAR, BIRS, ENCORE and bespoke metrics.
- Input into client proposals for strategic biodiversity and natural capital services, often in collaboration with other disciplines across WSP and externally.
- Support project managers & technical leads in client meetings, workshops, presentations, deliverables for projects (such as literature reviews) and project management. Support with preparing concise, client friendly reports.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

- An appropriate academic qualification in a related discipline including a post-graduate degree in a biodiversity, conservation and management program.
- Understanding of/interest in developing nature recovery plans, biodiversity management plans and/or other strategic biodiversity documents.
- Excellent research, analytical, writing and presentation skills.
