Assistant Manager/customer Service Representative

Assistant Manager / Customer Service Representative is expected to serve customers promptly, courteously and responsibly and in addition to interacting with customers, your responsibilities will include handling stock, and operating computerized cash registers and opening and/or closing procedures. Physical tasks include unpacking boxes, steaming clothes, folding and hanging clothing, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 lbs/22.7 kg; standing for extended periods of time and being able to reach, climb, bend, twist and walk. They must also be able to work well with others.

Hours will be 36 plus hours per week with the opportunity of more depending on the season and store requirement. **The store hours are from Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 5pm**. You must be available for work during peak business periods (i.e. Christmas, spring and fall etc.). On occasion, you may be called in to work on short notice.
