**Role overview**

Our Inside Sales Agent will play an active role in growing wecasa’s customer base, qualifying potential customers at the top of the sales funnel and facilitating their customer journey throughout the process. You will own top of funnel lead engagement and manage the CRM system, ensuring the entire organisation has an accurate picture of the health of our sales pipelines in every geography we operate. The Inside Sales Agent will also perform a lynchpin role in ensuring that our outside sales effort is well supported, you will translate customer needs and outside agent feedback into actionable strategy.

This position will evolve as the company continues to scale, offering significant room for growth. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a foundational team that will change the paradigm of second home ownership in Canada.

**What you’ll do**
- Complete sales outreach to top of funnel leads interested in learning more about and owning a wecasa
- Lead the inside sales effort in attaining sales targets
- Translate customer interactions into meaningful insight which will inform the sales and market strategies
- Lead the implementation of new sales strategies
- Support wecasa listing agents (outside sales) throughout the customer purchase journey
- Input and organise information in our CRM system
- Maintain sales dashboards, analyse and report on all sales activity

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- The ability to operate independently with little oversight
- 3+ years related sales and/or real estate experience
- Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn to operate within the wecasa technical stack; Google Suite, Slack, Hubspot
- Noting, knowledge of Hubspot in particular is an asset

**Compensation**
