**Main Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion.
- **Interpret customer requirements and recommend solutions.**:

- Maintain information systems: organize folder structures, ensure timely archiving, set up new folders, organize and digitize physical documentation.
- **Prepare contracts, proposal letters, and other relevant documents. Ensure proper filing and documentation.**:

- Coordinate office sponsorships and promotional events.
- **Manage payables and receivables.**:

- Schedule meetings for clients and the chief financial advisor.
- **Experience in the insurance industry is an assetQualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Preferred 2+ years experience in an office setting, finance, business, administrative or related role.
- **Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must in typing, speaking & writing.**:

- **Cantonese is a plus**:

- Strong writing and communication skills
- Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong adaptability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Word; experience with Excel

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)

Work Location: In person
