Description

Le gérant est responsable de planifier, diriger, organiser et contrôler l’ensemble des activités opérationnelles et de gestion des ressources humaines de la succursale, et ce, en collaboration avec le pharmacien propriétaire.

Le gérant effectue l'approvisionnement et la mise en marché de la boutique de façon à optimiser la qualité des produits et services demandés par les consommateurs. Il mobilise son équipe à la mise en œuvre d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

Responsabilités:

- Gérer les activités opérationnelles de la pharmacie
- Respecter les standards opérationnels de la pharmacie
- Assurer un service à la clientèle exemplaire
- Embaucher le personnel nécessaire au bon roulement de la pharmacie
- Superviser les équipes de travail, et assurer la formation et l’évaluation du personnel
- Gérer le budget de la succursale
- S'assurer que les objectifs de vente de la succursale sont atteints
- S’assurer du maintien des standards d’opération

Compétences et connaissances:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
- 5 ans d’expérience en gestion
- Bonne connaissance des opérations en pharmacie
- Compréhension approfondie des normes de marchandisage et aptitude à les exécuter
- Compétences reconnues pour diriger et gérer le personnel, leadership
- Excellentes aptitudes pour l'organisation et la planification
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles
- Sens développé du service à la clientèle
- Bonne connaissance de la langue française et anglaise
- Connaissances en informatique

Diplôme d’études Collégiales (DEC) - Non terminé

Expérience:
3 à 5 ans d’expérience

Très bonne connaissance
