Currently we are seeking to onboard someone to join our dynamic IT Support Team If you think you have what it takes, we invite you to apply. This is an in-person opportunity based out of Woodstock, Ontario.
Who we are looking for:
- Somebody who can process user procurement request through our dedicated fulfilment channel
- You will champion the onboarding of our clients with their software, hardware and OS installation, configurations, and upgrades
- Somebody to follow-up with clients and provide feedback, assigning issues through to resolution
- Maintaining client IT documentation and enter daily time records; update/close tickets as required
- Somebody eager to jump in and help on a project if they’re asked
What is required:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time well and organize themselves for success
- Excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work in a fast-past environment
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, Apple iOS and Android
- Knowledge of Office 365, O365 Administration and Teams administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Directory Services/LDAP
BONUS:
- Knowledge of security technologies (Anti-Virus, Endpoint Security Software or MDM)
- Knowledge of help desk/ticketing systems

Qui recherchons nous:
- Quelqu'un qui peut traiter pour nos utilisateurs les demande d’achat via notre canal de traitement dédié
- Vous aiderez nos clients avec l'installation, les configurations et les mises à niveau de leurs logiciels, matériels et systèmes d'exploitation.
- Quelqu'un pour assurer le suivi des clients et fournir des commentaires, en attribuant les problèmes jusqu'à leur résolution.
- Tenir à jour la documentation informatique des clients et enregistrer les relevés de temps ; mettre à jour/fermer les billets/tickets selon les besoins
- Quelqu'un désireux de se lancer vers et d'aider sur un projet si on le lui demande
Ce qui est requis:
- De forte compétences en communication
- Capacité à bien gérer son temps et à s'organiser pour réussir
- Excellentes capacités de dépannage et multitâches
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
- Connaissance pratique de Windows 10 et 11, Apple iOS et Android
- Connaissance d'Office 365, de l'administration O365 et de l'administration Teams
- Connaissance d'Active Directory, de la stratégie de groupe et des services d'annuaire/LDAP
PRIME:
- Connaissance des technologies de sécurité (Anti-Virus, Endpoint Security Software ou MDM)
- Connaissance des systèmes d'assistance et de billetterie
