**What you will do**

Reporting to the Controller, we are looking for a skilled Accounting Specialist to provide financial, administrative and clerical services to ensure timely invoicing to clients, collection of client accounts, payment of vendors and month end support.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Accounts Receivable
- Maintain up-to-date client invoicing
- Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verification and posting of accounts receivable data
- Establish customer credit for approval
- Prepare bank deposits and bank reconciliation
- Cash Flow
- Maintain daily cash report
- Accounts Payable
- Purchase orders
- Invoice entry
- Expense receipt entry
- Administrative support including reception as required

**What you will need**
- Preference given to an Accounting Diploma, Business Administration Degree or equivalent
- Proven working experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, excel and accounting software
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collections
- Strong customer and vendor skills
- Self-motivation and dedication to quality and service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Commitment to continuous learning
