**What does a Office Manager with Paul Davis do?**
- Receive and open new claims
- Answer and field telephone calls in a professional and upbeat manner
- Receive and assist with staffing issues daily
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct of the operation
- Liaise and communicate with customers, clients, vendors
- Receive and handle invoices, correspondence
- Assist in ensuring margins and performance metrics are met
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies

**Team Qualifications (Requirements)**:
- 3-5 years office experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to customers, homeowners and employees in the organization
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisions
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, RMS and Xactimate
