**SUMMARY**

The Human Resources Coordinator, under the guidance of the Director of Operations, plays a pivotal role in our administrative team, supporting Human Resources functions.

Key responsibilities include adhering to operational protocols, managing multiple priorities effectively, and offering substantial support to colleagues and the leadership team. The Human Resources Coordinator must maintain the utmost confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with employees, management, and external parties. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related activities within the organization.

**JOB DUTIES**
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain records of employee information, both in physical and digital formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Perform orientation and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Work with leadership team to execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy.
- Meticulously craft and deliver employment offers and supplementary paperwork.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to conduct pre-screening of resumes, schedule interviews and take notes to support the acquisition of top talent to strengthen our team.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education/Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience.

**Working Conditions**
- Hybrid: 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capacity to attend and conduct meetings, both virtual and in person.

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
