**Position Summary**

Performs various clerical activities in the billing department, including data entry, information verification and bill generation. Additionally, will play a crucial role in resolving billing discrepancies and providing exceptional customer service to address inquiries related to billing and invoicing.

**Location: Multiple**

**Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours**

**What you will do**
- Billing/payroll of specific accounts
- Analyzing account profitability and investigating discrepancies between amounts billed and amounts paid
- Work closely with other departments (collections, operations, sales) to investigate and resolve customer inquiries
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client base (both external and internal)
