Inputting new hires, leaves, terminations, pay, and vacation adjustments.Process ROEs and garnishments and prepare payroll reconciliation report.Timely processing of all worker's compensation remittances and reports.Ensure company compliance with Canada Labour Code legislation.Support with year-end processing and reporting.Perform other related duties as assigned.SSTD & LTD claims management.Responsible for updating all policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures for payroll.Provide instructions to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, T4, etc.Prepare and create various management reports and analysis.Manage monthly billings from insurance providers and other vendors, including review of billings for accuracy.Process month-end payments for benefits, pensions, RRSP, etc.Support the Human Resource team with ad hoc duties as required.Qualifications:4+ years of payroll administration experience.PCP is highly preferred.Payroll Software experience required – experience using UKG Pro is preferredStrong time management and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize and deliver results independently while working in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
