The Data Management Analyst will champion DOMO as a platform and continuously update and develop useful and critical data views and reports to support the growing business.

**AS A DATA MANAGEMENT ANALYST, YOU WILL**:

- Provide new user training
- Complete deep dives into business data and find efficiencies, enhancements and trends
- Assist with user questions or queries
- Work with various departments to create new tiles and reports
- Review dataflows are operating and provide any maintenance or adjustments
- Work with the Snowflake data team to add or enhance new datasets
- Continue development of operating metrics for all areas of the business and review for efficiencies and advancement opportunities
- Work with CSR and Sales teams to ensure a positive data sourced customer experience
- Provide insight and new business opportunities/trends using data sourced from various platforms
- Continuous integration of new and existing data sources

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis or Business or related field.
- Experience in Data analytics, Data Engineering and/or Database experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills
- Outstanding written, interpersonal communication, networking skills and professional approach to business

**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Ability to work and function at a high level in a cross-functional team environment (not looking for an individual contributor).
