**You are a key member of a team and the point person around the use of data systems while ensuring that company standards are met**:

- Perform periodic data quality reviews on internal and external data sets.
- Maintain, mapping and enter data for Molson’s internal and external data sets.
- Timely identify issues with data and trigger actions to fix source systems to ensure effective end user experiences and analysis.
- Work closely with IT to decrease the time to resolution for technical issues.
- Improve data management processes and make recommendations for data quality initiatives.
- Manage data purchases and subscription renewals.

**You are a change agent**:

- Educate Management/Business on current reporting offering to ensure full utilization.
- Facilitate greater democratization of our data sets to a wider user range.
- Propose new ways of looking at current information to unearth business insights.

**The Other Qualifications**
- You love a challenge. You act with appropriate urgency to various events and trends that require a quick turnaround.
- You are a natural seeker for better business practices.
- High attention to detail
- Understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.); BW and Tableau are a plus.
- You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- You respect your commitments and can obtain support from cross-function members.
- You have at least 1 yearof experience with most, if not all, above responsibilities described.
