Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Develop engaging content for our company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Craft compelling posts, graphics, and videos that align with our brand voice and marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and respond to comments and messages
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
