**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accounting activities in Retail Cash Activity, Subscriber Accounting, Payroll Preparation.
- Enter all transactions into the system in a timely manner. Ensure accurate and timely receipts.
- Analyze monthly results and understand business initiatives in order to ensure integrity of financial reporting through analytical reviews, investigation of variances
- Prepare and complete monthly accounting entries, including accruals.
- Perform timely ad hoc investigations and reporting to support month-end close, business operations or project implementation which will require working with cross functional teams, independent analytical review or technical accounting research
- Liaise with outside departments to resolve any issues
- Complete regular and ad hoc reporting in accordance with established timelines; distribute to applicable parties where appropriate.
- Follow published policies related to health and safety rules specific to the workplace as provided by senior management. Promote health and safety within the workplace. Report any potential problems or unsafe situations to supervisors and/or senior management.
- Conduct account reconciliations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Incumbent must have a sound knowledge of cash and banking, accounts receivables, processing,SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) legislation and controls.
- The ability to process error free work and meet deadlines in a fast paced results driven environment is essential.
