**Marketing Communications Manager **(1 Year - Mat Leave Coverage)

**Location**: Vancouver or Montreal preferred, USA or Canada Remote

**Status**:Temp. Full Time Position

Imagia Canexia Health is looking for a skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message to target audiences. As a contractor, you will be working closely with our internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals.

What you’ll do

External Communications
- Support website updates and collaborate with external vendors on updates and enhancements.
- Collateral Development
- Work with cross-functional teams to update and develop new collateral and marketing materials.
- Support messaging and content development for brochures, including editing and proofreading.
- Maintain collateral files to ensure everyone is using the latest version of materials.

Events
- Coordinate participation in industry events and tradeshows.
- Coordinate all logistics, including shipping of materials, ensuring invoices are paid, and receipts provided to finance team.
- Responsible for marketing activities associated with events, including speaking opportunities (supporting with creation of presentations for speakers).
- Develop pre
- and post-show reports (slide deck) outlining conference and marketing activities.
- Lead pre
- and post-event meetings to drive cross-team event success.

Branding and Design
- Ensure brand consistency across materials.
- Work with external designer to provide guidance on collateral and other marketing materials that need designing.

Sales Support
- Work with sales team on lead generation projects.

Experience
- 2-4 years in marketing preferably in life sciences, biotech, pharma industry.
- Background BS in marketing, or life sciences + experience in marketing related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with website content management systems and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Results-oriented and able to work independently.
