- The Maharaja Jewellers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in sales and leadership to take their career to the next level._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- At least 2+ years of experience managing a business development or sales team
- You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle a large number of priorities at a time
- Self-starter attitude
- Attention to detail and high level of organization
- Ownership-oriented
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and training

**Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, showcasing a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous business-to-consumer sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation and training skills to all levels.
- Fluent in **English and Punjabi**
