Flynn Companies is searching for a dynamic Construction Superintendent with knowledge of Commercial Roofing projects. This key role with be part of a phenomenal team and will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multipe Roofing crews.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Assist in hiring of Field employees
- Ensure all site paperwork is current, including safety and field reports
- Attend meetings as requied, including handoff, prestart and other onsite meetings
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, Commercial Roofing experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction scheduling
- Experience supervising and leading crews onsite
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or similar programs

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures

TWe offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as insurance, retirement plans, vehicale allowance, bonus potential and generous paid time off.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
